RIOS / Canine Professionals OS

One operating foundation for canine professionals.

RIOS brings implemented training, sport, facility, grooming, and qualified breeding-record surfaces onto one shared organization and dog-record foundation. The surfaces are real; release readiness is assessed one pack at a time.

Implemented pack surfaces

Trainer

Private lessons, group classes and behavior work -- one training floor, connected work on each dog's record.

Sport dog

Competing teams and titles tracked alongside the everyday training that gets them there.

Facility

Boarding and daycare with medication administration and real capacity limits, not a guess.

Grooming

Mobile or in-shop -- arrival windows instead of fixed slots, vans instead of rooms.

Breeding

Record support for qualified canine professionals. Breeding is not an active RIOS-operated business avenue.

Five implemented surfaces do not mean five launch-complete packs. Each pack must still satisfy its own release criteria before RIOS represents it as launch complete.

Verified-client reviews and reusable captions

The review workflow accepts submissions from client identities linked to the organization, and only published reviews reach public surfaces. Each published review carries its verified-client provenance. Staff can deterministically compose ready-to-copy captions from a review's own fields; RIOS does not post to an external social platform on their behalf.

Choose how RIOS fits

One operating platform, two ways to adopt it.

Both paths use the same tenant-aware records, permissions, branding, client experience, and operating foundation. You can change the public-site arrangement later without moving or rebuilding the business data behind it.

RIOS-powered website + portal

Use a RIOS-managed public experience, client sign-in, and client portal under your verified domain. Your business branding leads each client-facing surface; Powered by RIOS identifies the operating foundation behind it.

RIOS Canine Institute is the first-party reference tenant for this path.

RIOS portal for your existing website

Keep the public website you already use and connect its client calls to action to a branded RIOS sign-in and portal. The portal can use a verified domain attached to your organization, while staff access remains on the configured RIOS platform domain.

This is the same OS, not a second or reduced product.

Built in from day one, not bolted on later

Real tenant isolation

Database row-level security enforces the default boundary instead of relying on application filters. By default, one organization cannot read another organization's clients, dogs, pricing, or history. Cross-organization access requires an explicit, bounded door, such as a revocable profile share authorized by a client for one event host; that door excludes financial records.

An append-only, tamper-evident audit trail

RIOS writes attributed state-change entries to an append-only, hash-chained audit log. The application role cannot update or delete those audit entries; removing or altering one breaks chain verification.

Shared records, every discipline

When one organization enables multiple pack surfaces, they share its organization, people, and dog records instead of creating separate tenant identities.

Pricing

A first-pass estimate is published, openly marked as such, not gated behind a form -- see the full breakdown on the Investors page.

Why RIOS exists

One canine operating foundation across five implemented pack surfaces.

Training, sport, facility, grooming, and qualified breeding-record workflows use shared organization, person, dog, scheduling, communication, and audit foundations. The current implementation has useful surfaces in each area; pack launch completion remains a separate evidence gate.

The longer-term goal is to improve canine practice with permitted, verified outcomes. Today, organization knowledge remains private, and no aggregate-learning or evidence-weighting runtime is represented as operational. Current client portals expose authorized progress, homework, events, products, and messages without crossing organization boundaries.

What's public here

The directory and every organization's own page show only what that business has chosen to publish -- name, tagline, contact and discipline. Client, dog, pricing, and history records remain tenant-only by default. A client can explicitly authorize a bounded, revocable profile share to one event host; financial records stay excluded. A business can also remove itself from the directory listing at any time from its own settings without affecting its own page.
