RIOS Trainer Development is the trainer-training school: the path for people learning professional canine training and developing their practice. It is distinct from opening a RIOS location, which is for people who are already professional trainers.

Practice and development remain under qualified human instructor authority.
Records can support learning and review; they do not replace hands-on judgment.

The boundary
This site does not yet publish a complete curriculum, admissions process, schedule, or credential. Applying to open a RIOS location is a separate business-recruitment process for existing professionals; it is not trainer-school enrollment, a trainer qualification, or an instructor endorsement.
